Delete your ROLA.ai account

This page lets users of the ROLA.ai app ask us to delete their account and the data linked to it. You do not need to have the app installed or be logged in to make a request. Choose any one of the three options below.
Option A: Delete Your Account in the App
- Open the ROLA.ai app and sign in to your account.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Edit Profile.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Delete Account.
Option B: Request Account Deletion on This Page
- Enter the email address associated with your ROLA.ai account.
- If you wish, tell us why you are leaving. This step is optional.
- Select the checkbox to confirm that you understand account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
- Click Request Account Deletion. A confirmation message will be displayed on this page.
To protect your account, we will send a confirmation email to the address provided. You must confirm the request through that email so we can verify that it was submitted by the account owner. The account deletion process will begin only after your confirmation is received.
The request form needs JavaScript and appears here once the page has loaded. If you do not see it, use Option C and email us instead.
Option C: Request Account Deletion by Email
To permanently delete your account via email request:
- Send the request from the same Google or Apple email address used during registration.
- Enter Account Deletion Request as the email subject line.
- Send the email to info@rola.ai.
- In the email body, include:
- Your full name
- The email address associated with your account
- A request to permanently delete your account
Once your request is received, our team will review and process it in accordance with our account deletion procedures.
What we delete
When your request is confirmed, we delete your account and the following data linked to it:
- Your account profile: name, username, email address, phone number, profile photo and avatar
- Your login details, including linked Google or Apple sign-in
- Songs and recordings you uploaded, and your competition entries
- Your posts, votes, reactions, comments and other community activity
- Your followers and following lists, and channel memberships
- Messages and feedback you sent to our support team
- App preferences and settings, and any wallet address linked to your account
- Device identifiers and push notification tokens
What we keep, why, and for how long

How long deletion takes
We process deletion requests within 30 days of you confirming the request. We send you an email when the deletion is complete.
Before you delete
- Deletion is permanent. We cannot restore your account, songs or history afterwards.
- Withdraw your rewards first. Any USDC or ROLA rewards and wallet balances that you have not claimed or withdrawn before the deletion is completed are forfeited.
- Active competition entries are withdrawn. Entries in competitions that are still running are removed, and Premium pool entry fees already paid are not refunded.
Delete some of your data, not your account
You can ask us to delete specific data, for example a song entry, a recording or a comment, and keep your account. Email info@rola.ai from your registered email address and tell us what you want removed.
